Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Relations Associate. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, managing client accounts, and qualifying leads for them. The role will also involve effective communication, data analysis, and assisting clients with their needs.
