Day in the life

  • Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Acquire resources to pull together pricing for regional, or regional-led global bids.
  • Implement global OBW throughout Asia markets, leading to greater pricing compliance and improved IPT.
  • Global pricing for regionally led Bids.
  • Regional pricing for new bids and rebids
  • Support significant local bids as required.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to determine effective price points.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure coordinated and successful execution of pricing initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed pricing reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Monitors pricing performance and adjust strategies to improve profitability.
  • Research and understand foreign currency fluctuations.
  • Analyse, review sales & margin performance of pricing strategy.
  • Understand product cost and incorporate these factors and other factors into price strategy and processes
  • Plan & implement agreed price strategies through price cycle processes

You'll be perfect for the role if you:

  • 5-7 years of TMC pricing-related experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets.
  • Demonstrable experience in Excel; SQL, data management and data visualization tools (Power BI) are beneficial
  • Client-facing communication skills and the ability to work closely with teams from different departments.
  • A highly adaptable individual who is an innate problem solver with excellent analytical skills and good communication skills.
  • A team player with initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision in a high performing and collaborative team environment.
  • International business background, ability/willingness to work easily across cultures and geographies.
  • Passionate about delivering a superior customer experience and focus on targets and persistence to get results.
  • Embraces and demonstrates FCM values and philosophies.
