Deliver short-term and long-term sales targets through new business development, pipeline creation and key account management
Guide strategic marketing conversations with clients and agencies to define objectives and provide recommendations utilizing Robloxs immersive media solutions
Build and pitch creative growth and revenue-driving strategies to meet brands needs
Manage existing and develop new relationships with customers and media agencies in person and virtually
Alongside Group Director, build the Roblox for Brands approach for dedicated vertical categories, develop narratives, playbooks, and build compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data
Keep up with social media, entertainment and gaming trends; consume content and think about how it could apply to our partners
Partner with Account Manager to develop evaluation methods to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports
You have:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of Sales, Marketing, and/or Partnerships experience leading businesses or accounts.
Experience in working with retail clients
Knowledge of the advertising ecosystems including social media, mobile apps, digital and brand marketing
Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and sophisticated strategic partnerships while meeting and exceeding sales goals
