Note:CTC - 3LPA - 4LPA fixed with additional variable pay upto 30% of Fixed (performance dependent)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Outreach Specialist with a strong background in telemarketing in the aesthetics industry or a D2C brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanour, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and bookings effectively over the calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services, treatments, and products to effectively address customer queries and promote offerings.

Sales Support: Identify potential leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales, achieving monthly targets.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback in the CRM system.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on services and products to help improve overall customer experience.

Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential and existing customers to ensure retention and loyalty.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on promotional activities and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a tele-calling role, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.

Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.

Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
