Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns and strategies focused on bulk SMS services. You will work closely with clients to develop customized solutions, ensuring successful delivery and effectiveness of the messaging campaigns. The role involves managing client relationships, creating marketing materials, and overseeing campaign performance while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Pitch bulk SMS services to prospective clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand clients communication needs and offer tailored bulk SMS solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client requests efficiently.
  • Campaign Strategy & Management:
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote bulk SMS services to target industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, healthcare).
  • Oversee the implementation of bulk SMS campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maximum effectiveness.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and client feedback.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding market trends and consumer behavior in SMS marketing.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to generate leads for bulk SMS services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet business growth and revenue targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends in SMS marketing.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare detailed reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work with product and technical teams to ensure bulk SMS services are aligned with client expectations.
  • Provide input on pricing, marketing materials, and service enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing or bulk SMS services.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SMS marketing, mobile marketing trends, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
