The Role. Talent Prowl seeks a dynamic Business Development Executive/Client Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in RPO sales, with a strong focus on the US Market. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
Job Description. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the US market
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Effectively present Talent Prowls RPO services and solutions to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals while optimizing profitability
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data
Ideal Profile. Qualifications. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in RPO sales, preferably with a focus on the US market
Strong understanding of the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
