Job Description

As a Client Manager at DemandVibes, your role is to foster relationships with our clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities include:

Client Communication: Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from clients and work with internal teams to continually improve our services.

  • Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain clients and increase client loyalty.

  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to provide comprehensive service to clients.

    • Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

      • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
