Your team responsibilities
The Associate, Client Insight & Analytics will support the development of dashboards that help empower stakeholders to make informed business decisions based on data. The role will have responsibility for liaising with stakeholders and other members of the client insight & analytics team to understand their needs, and build solutions that help them answer key business questions on an ongoing basis. The Associate will also bring their own strong logical reasoning and analytics skills to their work, consulting with stakeholders to ensure they are asking the best questions possible to improve business results.

Your key responsibilities
Perform quality control checks and validation on critical data sets
Diagnose and help resolve data-related issues
Monitor data flows & tracking across marketing platforms and touchpoints, CRM, web analytics, and advertising platforms to identify and address any inconsistencies.
Responding to the needs of internal stakeholders and senior members of the Client Insight & Analytics team, develop and maintain visually appealing and insightful Power BI dashboards and analytic frameworks to support business decision making
As needed, pull lists to support campaign development and handle other ad hoc requests
Proactively recommend ideas to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our client data as well as ideas to analyze results to better support the business.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
Must have strong skills in SQL: Ability to write and understand SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
Must have strong skills in Power BI: Ability to create and manage clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports using design principles in Power BI
Ability to analyze and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving data-related issues, with a methodical approach to problem-solving
Ability to think critically about data, identifying potential issues and opportunities for optimization
Strong analytical reasoning skills; Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form with stakeholders and collaborators.
Project & stakeholder management skills
Self starter and able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Interest in learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies
