Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize client churn and maximize client lifetime value.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities that may impact client relationships or business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on client performance, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics for senior management.

    Requirements
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels of an organization effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
