Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Engagement Manager. The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships. Generate new client national level. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as understanding client needs, offering technical solutions and support, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Communication and consultation with clients and internal stakeholders will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Program Management, and Project Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Consulting experience
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the technical services industry or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
