Assist the Client Services team in managing and executing customer projects.
Support Customer Success Managers and Project Coordinators in day-to-day activities and client communications.
Help in understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
Monitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders on status and any potential issues.
Participate in internal and customer-facing meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
Assist in identifying and resolving any project-related issues or customer concerns promptly.- Support the documentation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Help in gathering feedback from customers and incorporating it into process improvements.
Learn and apply best practices in customer service and project management.
