Client Delivery Associate
Unbox Experience is a boutique creative consulting firm offering a wide range of
learning solutions for leaders of global organizations. We are on a mission to redefine
learning and build new-age leaders to creatively solve challenges. In the last few

continuing to do so through our learning experiences.
We are looking to hire a Client Delivery Associate. The Client Delivery team is one
of the core teams at Unbox that manages relations with existing clients as well as
builds new relations to onboard new clients. The team's key objective is to deliver
high-quality programs as per the client's needs.
The Client Delivery Associate will be responsible for -
Understanding the learning requirements of prospective clients, partnering with domain experts to create impactful proposals based on their learning requirements, effectively communicating and pitching the proposals to the clients, and managing the end-to-end delivery of the programs
Planning and managing deadlines with the team to deliver the final proposals, quotations, and other required documents within the defined timelines
Planning and managing the end-to-end execution of all programs and collaborating with multiple internal teams, for example, Experience Design (content research and curation), Visual Design, Operations, Finance, etc. to deliver the learning experience to the clients
Preferred experience/qualifications for the role -
0-2 years of experience working in client/account management, sales, business
development, management consulting, or project management roles
Prior experience working in the Learning & Development space is a huge plus
Interested in working in a fast-paced start-up and ability to manage uncertainties
The role will be based out of Bangalore.
