As a pivotal member of our Client Delivery team, you ll be instrumental in:
- Crafting Impactful Solutions: Understanding the nuanced challenges defined by the client, building a solution which is relevant collaborating with domain experts to craft proposals that resonate and deliver impact.
- Deepening Client Engagements: Masterfully communicating and building tailored proposals, ensuring our vision align with client expectations.
- Seamless Program Delivery: Overseeing end-to-end execution, from initial planning to final delivery, working alongside teams in Experience Design, Visual Design, Operations, and Finance to craft unforgettable journeys of transformation .
Who Are We Looking For- The ideal candidate brings a blend of passion, experience, and skills-
- Experience: Up to 2 years in roles encompassing client/account management, sales, business development, management consulting, or project management.
- Experience in Learning Development or management consulting is a plus
- Adaptability: Thrives in the dynamic pace of a startup environment, managing uncertainties with grace and resilience.
- Collaborative Spirit: Enjoys working closely with diverse teams to bring engagements to life.
- Detail-Oriented: As a CD member ensuring that every element, from initial research, solution building, confirmation from client, program delivery, to the final invoicing feedback, is flawless.
- Narrative Presentation Building: Craft and edit compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell the story of change.
