Job Description

A client coordinator in a graphics company manages client relationships, ensures client satisfaction, and acts as a liaison between the company and the client:
  • Client management: Serves as the main point of contact for clients, and manages client accounts.
Client satisfaction: Ensures client satisfaction and resolves issues or concerns.
  • Client communication: Documents contacts with clients and shares information with sales and marketing teams.
Client feedback: Analyzes market research and client feedback to create buyer personas for the marketing team.
  • Client reporting: Prepares and presents reports on client activity to senior management.
* Industry trends: Stays up-to-date on industry trends and shares relevant information with internal departments.
  • Collaboration: Collaborates with internal departments and sales teams to deliver solutions to client requests and identify new business opportunities.

Client coordinators should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: 10,
  • 00 - 14,000.00 per month
