Job Roles & Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management/Client Coordinator
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients in the UK and Europe, OR India ensuring a deep understanding of their recruitment needs.
Client Meetings and Updates: Get requirements regularly and conduct daily check-ins with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations, terms of service, and manage expectations on both client and candidate sides.
Recruitment Process Management
Job Briefing and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand the roles they are hiring for, including required skills, qualifications, and company culture fit.
Liaise with Internal Teams: Work closely with recruitment consultants, resources, and other internal teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently.
Other Details:
Office Timings: 1 PM To 10 PM
Working days: Monday to Friday
Only for onsite(No Remote)
Location: HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore
