JOB Title: Client Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- As a Client Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining a Long-Term Relationship With the Customer.
- You Will also Be Responsible For Knowing The Customer's Needs And Demands.
- You need To Coordinate With Our Design Team & Operations Team According to Client Requirements On Daily Basis.
- Handling Customer Escalations With Effective Communication Skills and problem solving skills.
- Identifying Customer Demands And Requirements and accurately documenting and sending to respective departments.
- Maintaining Good Relationship with Customers via constant communication and follow-ups.
- Collecting Feedback from Individual Client Would Be Appreciated after We Deliver the Project to them and suggesting improvements.
Skills and Qualification:
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree. (Any Field)
- 0-2 years of experience in B2B with good communication in English.
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong interpersonal and client handling skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities, client needs, and business requirements is essential for success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month fixed
