Who are we looking for
- Demonstrated work experience in Luxury fashion brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, etc.
- Preferred work experience as a Guest Services Executive /Concierge in luxury 5-star hotels such as Four Seasons Hotel, Ritz Carlton, Leela Palace, Taj, Oberoi, Shangri-La, JW Marriott, and ITC.
- Outstanding networking skills, complemented by expertise in team management and sales.
- Proficient in spoken English and possesses strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities and thrives in decision-making under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel in Plus.

- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
