Job Description:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Plan and execute all the scheduled product demos and orientation visits at play schools and after-school learning centers, directly or through partners.
- The role will include travel within the city and in rare cases outside of Chennai.
- Create a pipeline of prospects through direct visits or taking numbers from online directories.
- Build a network of partners or resellers to build the after-school model.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize presentation performance and kit demo effectiveness based on the insights.
- Clarifying the doubts of key decision-makers and guiding the center in executing the level-wise final project demo by the students.
- Take ownership till onboarding of the after-school center.
- Support and guide the center head/owner of the center in the execution of the after-school robotics program.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure that the necessary training is provided to the customer and that the products have been dispatched on time.
- Share weekly MIS and daily work done reports.
- Ensure that the robotics kits given for conducting demos are safe and well-maintained.
- Take up consistent learning and stay updated on trends in tech.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2C sales or similar roles.
- Positive attitude, very good interpersonal and communication/ presentation skills.
- Open to travel daily to multiple potential and existing customers.
- Minimum commitment of 1 year.

Package: Negotiable based on last-drawn CTC + Incentives on business achieved
