Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, market research, and digital outreach strategies to build a robust pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop a deep understanding of client needs to create tailored consulting solutions that address their unique business challenges.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement effective sales strategies, targeting both SMEs and emerging corporations.
- Presentations & Proposals: Deliver persuasive presentations, prepare proposals, and effectively communicate the value of our consulting services to prospective clients.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Set and achieve acquisition targets, ensuring a steady growth of new clients aligned with company objectives.
What You Bring:
Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in business consulting or professional services.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong understanding of business consulting services and industry dynamics.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
