Location: Surat, Gujarat, India (On-site)

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Client Acquisition Manager to drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, market research, and digital outreach strategies to build a robust pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop a deep understanding of client needs to create tailored consulting solutions that address their unique business challenges.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement effective sales strategies, targeting both SMEs and emerging corporations.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Deliver persuasive presentations, prepare proposals, and effectively communicate the value of our consulting services to prospective clients.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement: Set and achieve acquisition targets, ensuring a steady growth of new clients aligned with company objectives.
What You Bring:

Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in business consulting or professional services.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong understanding of business consulting services and industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
