JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our B2B services division focused on empanelment of MNCs and Big 4 firms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to target MNCs and Big 4 firms for recruitment and empanelment services.
Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and build strong relationships to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
Generate leads through various channels including networking Job Portal, Industry Conferences, Cold Calling, and Digital Outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address the unique requirements of each client.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously refine our offerings and stay ahead of the curve.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the B2B services industry.
Strong network of contacts within MNCs and Big 4 firms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand complex client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
