Research and gather information on prospects to better understand their needs and
identify sales opportunities.
Initiate contact with potential customers, engage them in conversations to
understand their requirements, and present product or service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential
clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a
smooth and efficient process.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contract terms with
clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer
interactions.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue
goals of the company.
Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales metrics, pipeline status,
and forecasts.
Collaborate with the customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and address
any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and
potential product enhancements.
Prepare and submit accurate reports to the reporting manager on regular interval
as well as when demanded.
