Job Title: Client Account Manager (ERP)

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Client Account Managers (ERP) to handle client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure smooth operations. You will act as a single point of contact (POC) for Mygate clients, focusing on upselling, deployment, and account management to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to Mygate's rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Act as the single point of contact for Mygate clients across the assigned city.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with the
platform.
Regularly share updates to keep clients informed about activities and initiatives.
2. Product Adoption:
Ensure high app download percentages in societies (apartments and villa communities)
under your purview.
Provide product demos tailored to client needs to increase engagement and adoption.
3. Upselling & Revenue Growth:
Identify opportunities to upsell Mygate's ERP solutions to existing clients.
Present and pitch additional features and services to drive client satisfaction and revenue
growth.
4. Deployment & Support:
Oversee and execute deployments for closed deals, ensuring a smooth transition for
clients.
Address all client queries promptly and provide the required support to maintain high
satisfaction levels.
5. Training & Coordination:
Schedule and conduct meetings and training sessions with staff, clients, and other
stakeholders to maximize platform utilization.
Coordinate with internal teams, including managers and supervisors, to achieve client
goals.
6. Operational Oversight:
Observe and analyze client operations, providing actionable insights and suggestions for
improvement.
Maintain practical knowledge of tools like MS Office to support operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
1. Skills & Experience:
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in client-facing roles such as Sales, Key Account Management, or
Customer Success.
Practical knowledge of MS Office is mandatory. Knowledge on Tally is a plus
Accounting knowledge, especially in managing society accounts, raising invoices, and
handling expenses, is a plus.
2. Work Environment:
Passion for working in a fast-growing startup and embracing a dynamic work culture.
Willingness to hustle and go beyond a traditional 9-to-5 job to meet client expectations.
3. Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel locally to meet clients as and when necessary.
4. Preferred Experience:
Background in high-growth startups or experience in a similar industry is advantageous.
Familiarity with society operations (e.g., handling accounts for apartments or villa
communities).
