Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Account Manager at Azura Creative Studio located in Kochi. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and providing solutions to client challenges. The Client Account Manager will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on client performance and identifying opportunities for account growth.
