Job Description

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General:

Communication skills should be excellent (International voice process) seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

  • Able to Work in night shifts
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Provided accurate and appropriate information in response to customer inquires

Operational Support:

  • Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause, identify solutions, or escalate appropriately
  • Document processes and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

SKILLS|EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience 0-3 years with excellent communication skills and able to work in Night shifts
  • Excels in customer service and is detail oriented with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Healthcare domain exp will be an added advantage
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Windows Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Ability to thrive on a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take case ownership through resolution
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
