TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General:
Communication skills should be excellent (International voice process) seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Able to Work in night shifts
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Provided accurate and appropriate information in response to customer inquires
Operational Support:
- Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause, identify solutions, or escalate appropriately
- Document processes and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
SKILLS|EXPERIENCE:
- Experience 0-3 years with excellent communication skills and able to work in Night shifts
- Excels in customer service and is detail oriented with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Healthcare domain exp will be an added advantage
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Windows Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to thrive on a small team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take case ownership through resolution
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision
