Job Description

Client Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and overseeing the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.
Exp Required: 1 - 2 years
Main Task & Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for our clients regarding social media management matters. Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inter-department coordination, intra-department coordination, finalizing work, taking feedback, decoding client feedback, creating artwork, paying attention to detail, gaining competitive knowledge, and writing minutes of meetings.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for the brand team (internal), including arranging and attending meetings.
  • Manage media plans, approved estimates, invoicing, and outstanding payments.
  • Have knowledge of the entire process from starting the campaign to its final execution.
Skill Required :
  • Experience in the advertising/digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Suite, Canva, and MS Office.
  • Prior experience in client servicing and account management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Preferably FEMALE candidates
