Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Huntsmen & Barons, you will play a crucial role in our Pune Office, leading a team of Recruiters and Team Leads. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to ensure the delivery of top-notch talent acquisition services.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact, gathering client requirements, and managing accounts for growth.
- Delivery Management: Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of recruitment solutions to clients.
- Revenue and Offer Targets: Driving revenue generation and achieving offer targets by implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Recruitment Consulting: Previous experience in a recruitment consulting environment, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
- Client/Account & Delivery Management: Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of services.
- Team Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a highly productive team of recruiters.
- Location: Open to working from our office at Koregaon Park, Pune.
