The Cleaning Staff will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Restaurant Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and any other public or staff areas.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Waste Management:
Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and ensure that waste disposal areas are clean and organized.Surface Cleaning:
Wipe down tables, counters, chairs, and other surfaces, ensuring that all areas are free of dust, crumbs, and spills.Restroom Maintenance: Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring they are always clean, sanitary, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors, ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards.
Supply Management:
Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be restocked.Compliance:
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring that the restaurant meets all cleanliness and hygiene standards.Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to customers when interacting with them, helping to create a positive dining experience.
- Team Support: Assist other staff members as needed to ensure smooth operations and a clean environment.
Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Good physical stamina, as the job requires standing, bending, and lifting.
