Summary
The Claims Processing Associate is responsible for processing the translated medical documentation according to the instructions provided. The Claims Processing Associate will review the Machine Translated (MT) output and fill the details in forms making sure to have the highest acceptance rate.
Essential Duties + Responsibilities
- Evaluate the details from translated medical documents based on the quality of the translation.
- Identify the translated content and process as per the instructions.
- Fill in the Process Forms using the instructions provided as per deadlines.
- Transfer information from Invoices, Bills, Receipts, and medical reports (using source and MT) to the forms accurately.
- Make sure that the submitted forms meet quality standards as per the client's requirements.
- Escalate potential concerns to Team Lead/Managers.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project coordinators, managers.
- Take responsibility for personal learning and training.
- Master the company services and new technologies as per the client's requirements.
- Contribute to the development of the processes and documentation.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Other duties as may be reasonably requested.
Education, Experience + Skills
- Graduate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in Data Entry and Localization Support will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail is required and produces high-quality work.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
