- Industry & Business Knowledge: At least 6 years of relevant experience in functional consulting roles within the L&A or P&C insurance industry, with a strong focus on Claims Management across claims reporting, adjusting, investigating, negotiations, subrogation and payout.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with claims management systems specific to L&A (Sapiens, DXC Assure Claims, FINEOS,) or P&C insurance (Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek Claims, Insurity, Majesco, OneShield Enterprise or any other Claims platforms)
- Self-Starter: You're proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset and don't wait to be told what to do. You see opportunities and go after them.
