Site Supervisor- (Renovation & Construction)

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

On Contract: 03 Years

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Renovation Supervisor to oversee and manage renovation projects from start to finish. The primary responsibility is to oversee daily operations on the site, ensuring all work adheres to the project plan, safety guidelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will monitor the progress of renovation projects, including plans, schedules, budgets, and expenses. He will also coordinate and participate in meetings and ensure all agreed-upon work is completed on time.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Serve as a liaison between the company and contractors
• Monitor, supervise, schedule, and prioritize the renovation plan and schedules

Supervision:

• Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, and subcontractors
• Conduct regular inspections of the renovation site

Budget Monitoring:

• Keep track of costs and expenses and ensure that budgets have been adhered to

Quality Control:

• Monitor the quality of work and materials used by the contractors and vendors
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards

Problem Solving:

• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the renovation process

Compliance:

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Safety:

• Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment

Requirements:

• 4-5 Years of experience in construction, renovation, and civil engineering
• Ideal candidates should be experienced in renovation work/projects
• Must have a Strong understanding of construction-related aspects /methods, materials, and regulations
• It may require interaction with government bodies, external parties, etc as and when required
• He must be flexible with working hours and should be open to work on weekends if required
• He must have a high sense of responsibility
• Profeficne in Hindi and Marathi languages
