Responsibilities:
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Monitor the progress of the construction work and performance of subcontractors at the site- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Maintaining an accurate record of
construction employee attendance.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
You should ensure that projects stay within budget and that required materials and equipment are available.- Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (D.C.E) - and IT Diploma are welcome
Freshers/Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience- Candidate must be nearby @ katpadi, Vellore
Candidate should have Two Wheeler
