Key Responsibilities:- Client Support: Assist in identifying potential clients and understanding their needs. Support senior sales representatives in managing client relationships and addressing their inquiries.
Sales Assistance:
Help in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Assist in the negotiation process and follow up on leads and opportunities.Product Knowledge:
Learn about the company's civil engineering products and services. Develop the ability to communicate product benefits and features effectively to clients.Market Research: Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and gather information on industry trends. Support in analyzing competitor activities and market conditions.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Assist in preparing reports and updating the sales database.
Learning and Development:
Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop sales skills and industry knowledge. Stay updated on industry developments and company offerings.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
