We are seeking a skilled Civil QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in cement, steel, and power plant construction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in slip form construction and hands-on experience in civil execution and quality control processes for large-scale industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the civil execution of construction activities at cement and steel plants, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
- Implement QA/QC processes to monitor the quality of materials, including cement, steel, and other structural components.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Manage construction projects involving slip form techniques for silos and chimneys, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor the implementation of project plans, ensuring quality standards are met at each stage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and quality reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any technical or quality issues arising during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance regulations.
Matching Criteria / Key Skills:
- 12+ years of experience with a Diploma or 10+ years with a Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering
- Experience in Cement, Steel, or Power Plant projects
- Strong knowledge of Slip Form Construction techniques
- Expertise in QA/QC processes for civil construction
- Proficiency in project execution and quality monitoring
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
