Civil project Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager for our renowned client in UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard of quality
• Manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Resolve project issues and conflicts as they arise
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Seeking candidates with at least 10 years UAE experience.
• 10-14 years of experience in civil construction project management
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage and lead project teams
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software
