We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Engineer to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil construction, with specific expertise in RCC, masonry, plaster, and waterproofing works. Key Responsibilities:
- Construction Management:
- Supervise and manage civil construction activities on-site.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee RCC, masonry, plaster, and waterproofing works.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to monitor project progress.
- Resource Management:
- Manage manpower, machinery, and resources effectively.
- Handle Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) operations and coordination.
- Site Reporting:
- Report to the site by 8:30 AM every day.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or BE in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a civil contractor.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, plaster, and waterproofing works.
- Familiarity with quality checking, DPR making, manpower management, machinery management, and RMC handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite and professional demeanor with a keen interest in career growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- CTC: INR 5 to 5.4 Lakhs per annum, paid in 13 installments.
- The 13th installment will be divided into two parts, payable as a bonus during Diwali and Holi based on performance.
- Note: The CTC is all-inclusive. No additional benefits such as PF, medical insurance, or other facilities will be provided.
- Leave: One weekly off and one casual leave per month.
