Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the civil engineering sector. Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to address client needs.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand client requirements.Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Sales Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to present technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and industry practices. Familiarity with civil engineering software or products is a plus.Experience:
No prior sales experience required; however, internships or projects related to sales or business development are advantageous.Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
