1-Review, and update quality plans, procedures, and checklists.
2-Site Quality Inspection Checking- All Levels.
3-Follow-up with External Inspection and Testing agencies- for Material Testing and onsite Testing.
4-RMC Management- Slump Testing, Cube Casting and Cube Testing.
5-Documentation and Reporting.
6-Safety and Compliance.
