Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction workers
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any construction-related issues
- Review and approve contractors invoices and payment requests
- Keep detailed records of project milestones, expenses, and materials
- Prepare progress reports and present them to clients and management
