Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Visa Answer Overseas Education Consultants. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role is full-time and requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, and other relevant software
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes
- Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
- Coordinate with government authorities and obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Supervise and provide guidance to construction workers and subcontractors
- Resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
