Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Visa Answer Overseas Education Consultants. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role is full-time and requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, and other relevant software
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes
• Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Conduct on-site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
• Coordinate with government authorities and obtain necessary permits and licenses
• Supervise and provide guidance to construction workers and subcontractors
• Resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
