We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Site Visit Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering, with up to 1 year of experience in the field. The candidate should be male and willing to take on the role of a Site Visit Engineer. The position requires a commitment to a minimum 1-year lock-in period.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect valuation files and relevant documents from clients.
- Prepare preliminary cases for valuation assessments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather all required documents and papers for accurate valuation.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess the condition, structure, and relevant factors of properties to be valued.
- Document detailed site observations and ensure they are accurately linked with the gathered documents.
- Gather market feedback and information to ensure a comprehensive understanding of property valuation dynamics.
- Analyze collected data and prepare thorough and accurate valuation reports.
- Collaborate with the valuation team to ensure consistency and accuracy in valuation assessments.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on the valuation process and addressing any inquiries.
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices in property valuation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in the field of Civil Engineering and site visits.
- Strong understanding of property valuation principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all necessary documentation is complete.
- Proficient in using relevant software tools and applications for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum 1-year lock-in period.
