Supervision, monitoring, control & coordination of civil and infrastructure work at various site locations across Navi Mumbai.
Responsibility & accountability of execution of the site project as per drawings, designs, requirements specified by architects and structural designers.
Dealing with various stake holders, consultant, contractors, business partners, etc
The person should have knowledge of civil engineering, electrical, HVAC, firefighting and project management skill set.
Key person responsible for attending & solving technical problems and queries on site.
Day to Day follow-up with different vendors and contractors for proper and timely functioning of the site.
Providing weekly progress reports to superiors.
Weekly updating milestone bar chart.
Providing daily Stock report at the end of the day & keeping a tab on the material procurement needs.
Ensuring the Safety precautions of the workers and site visitors are in check
Coordinating with concerned person of various architects, consultants, etc. for drawings and corrections.
