KSR Brothers, a leader in water feature and landscape design, is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in both site supervision and billing management. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day progress of water feature and landscape projects, ensure that all work aligns with design specifications, and handle project billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring work complies with the project plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the internal project team to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Ensure that materials and labor resources are properly allocated and managed on-site.
- Billing and Documentation:
- Prepare and manage accurate bills of quantities (BOQs) based on completed work.
- Monitor work progress and prepare bills for client approval and subcontractor payments.
- Track materials used, work completed, and labor involved for accurate billing and invoicing.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payment cycles.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, billing milestones, and any potential changes in scope.
- Reporting:
- Prepare site progress reports and documentation to support billing processes.
- Keep detailed records of site activities, material usage, and project updates for internal and client reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in site supervision and billing within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with site management, construction materials, and billing processes.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimates, and billing software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in water feature or landscape projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to prepare and analyze project billing reports and cost estimates.

Pay: 11,821.89 - 25,000.00 per month
