• Job Description:

Guruji Enterprises, a leading manufacturer of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) including sheds, warehouses, and other steel structures, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PEB structures and will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our ongoing projects.

• Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Regularly visit all ongoing project sites to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues that arise.

• Project Coordination: Work closely with the project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance on PEB structures, including design, fabrication, and erection.

Compliance: Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, site visits, and any issues encountered.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential problems and work with the team to develop effective solutions.

Client Interaction: Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and projects are delivered to their satisfaction.

• Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in working with PEB structures.Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PEB structure design and construction.

Excellent site management and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
