Civil Engineer- Segment Casting

Precast Civil Engineer:

1. Educational Background:

   • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

2. Experience:

   • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in precast concrete production, assembly, and quality assurance.
   • Specific experience in the precast or prefabrication industry, including hands-on experience in casting and handling of precast elements.

   • Knowledge of precast concrete systems, structural design, and detailing.
   • Understanding of formwork, reinforcement detailing, and concrete mix designs.

   • Ability to plan, organize, and manage timelines for various stages of precast production.
   • Experience coordinating between design, production, and assembly teams.
   • Proficiency in managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively for on-time project completion.
