Position: Civil Site Engineers
Location: Kerala (those who can commute to North-Kerala)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
- Liaise with suppliers and local authorities.
- Prepare estimation, profit and loss and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree, in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in civil site execution
- Proficiency in industry software such as Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
- Knowledge and experience in preparing BOQ, P/L & bills as per DSR will be added advantages
- Knowledge of handling M Books, PRICE, Trello are added advantage
