Primary Responsibilities
Candidates with hands on experience in designing of an Oil and Gas, Refinery and Chemical plants.
Capable to mentor, lead and guide a group of C&S junior Engineers & Designers and able to take
decision independently
Experience in phases of engineering e.g., Concept, Basic and Detail Engineering phases
Experience in providing visible leadership and governance in engineering delivery
Experience in people management, performance evaluation
Hands on experience in design of Pipe racks and Technological Structures
Hands on experience in design of static and vibrating equipment foundations
Hands on experience in design of RCC structures
Knowledge of design of Blast resisting structure is added advantageous
Through knowledge of various design codes, particularly American and Euro codes
Shall be able to design the various types of steel connections
Knowledge of drainage and pavement design is added advantageous
Hands on experience on design software like STAAD Pro, MAT3D and Foundation 3D
Understanding of Project requirements like productivity/ schedule workhour control etc.
Capable of interacting with all stakeholders including client and vendors.
Have good understanding of requirements from other disciplines like Piping, Electrical &
Instrumentation / Mechanical etc.
Good communication skills, verbal and written to communicate with client and lead offices.
