We address India's infrastructure and housing needs with an innovative approach that allows us to build structures up to 6 floors within 90 days, ensuring almost zero waste and minimal disturbance to the environment. Our designs prioritize energy efficiency and net-zero smart buildings by integrating collaborative design, manufacturing, and assembly processes. Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Intern to assist in managing and coordinating the activities of our skilled workforce, including fabricators, bar benders, electricians, plumbers, and casting laborers. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the world of precast manufacturing, with a passion for learning and a drive to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Coordination: Organize daily tasks and schedules for fabricators, bar benders, electricians, plumbers, and casting laborers to ensure smooth operations.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes to ensure all work meets our high standards and specifications.
• Project Management: Collaborate with senior engineers to plan and execute projects, monitor progress, and address any issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Help enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and progress reports.
• Problem Solving: Provide on-the-ground support to troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise.
• Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and improvements to enhance our manufacturing processes and overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in construction and precast manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Location: Bangalore
Stipend: 10,000 + Accommodation
Full-Time Conversion: Post-internship based on performance (3 LPA - 4 LPA)
