Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to all building codes and safety regulations
- Prepare and submit project estimates, budgets, and schedules
- Develop and maintain project documentation and records
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 1-6 years of experience in civil construction
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
