- Experience - Min. 3+ yrs in Structural Detailing/ Drafting For Building Project (AutoCAD with advanced 2D and 3D drawing)
- Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman, with a focus on structural detailing /rebar detailing or precast detailing for buildings.
- Familiarity with integrating MEP details into structural drawings.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to the development of effective solutions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a design team.
Create precise layouts for precast panels, including walls, slabs, beams, columns, and foundations.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
Generate detailed structural drawings for cast-in-place (CIP) elements, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate architectural and structural components seamlessly.
Incorporate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) details into both Precast and CIP drawings following established guidelines.
Collaborate with MEP specialists to ensure effective integration and coordination.
Provide timely and accurate progress reports to the Head of Design.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges to ensure a smooth design process.
Proactively identify and report potential issues in the drafting process.
